| The Tourism Market
Network was created by a professional group of people to offer
the best service to organisers of group travel, from a small
group of 6 persons up to as many as you like. The experience and professionalism of the company is long standing, being 30 years in the wholesaling of travel we should be. Our knowledge of countries and what they offer and the way we work with these countries can only be earned after being so long in the industry. You can rest assured you will receive the best attention at all times and will speak on a one to one basis with a person and you will keep that person throughout the working process. There is no forms to fill out just plain talk between two people. I have included a few photographs taken by our staff at various tours and functions. |

Below is just a few people who have saved many thousands of
dollars working with us. You may be experienced in organising
travel previously, if not we will guide you through the whole
process to make sure all works well from beginning to the final
travel time and beyond Conference Organisers: This may be annual or more regularly. Conferences can be small or large, near home or in a completely different country. As the organizer you will find yourself organizing a meeting venue to suit the size of your conference, speakers, functions such as cocktail gatherings, lunches, a final night celebration, some entertainment, as well as accommodation and travel for the participants. Example: Chloe is the PA to a CEO. In her busy workload, she has the task of organizing the company’s annual conference. She has decided on a location providing accommodation, all meals, meeting room and equipment as well as some team-building activities. 40 people are expected to attend and using the Tourism Network Chloe has saved the company $15,000 Incentive Organisers: This is usually to reward your best clients or sellers. You are aiming to make it memorable and impressive somewhere special is arranged, along with some unique and different experiences. It can be something done locally or a getaway package. How about dinner on a deserted sand island in the tropics or a team challenge to cross a lagoon using some provided materials? This is limited only by your imagination. Wedding Organiser: This should be a time of celebration be it in your home town or on a romantic island. Venues, travel, accommodation, dinner, wedding breakfast, and honeymoon may all be part of what you organize. Example: Audrey organized her daughter’s wedding and honeymoon. 20 people traveled to an island location. The ceremony was romantic and personal with the bride and groom departing to their secluded getaway while family and friends stayed on for a fabulous holiday break. Using the Tourism Network Audrey saved herself, family and friends over $10,000 Adventure such as diving, walking, kayaking, cycling or other activities: If you organise any type of activity whether it be for a group, club or association, becoming part of the 'Network' is a must to save huge amounts of money on your next trip. Your sport will have specific requirements. eg. Dive gear, licensed operators, kayaks, helicopter transfers, remote location pick-up/drop-off. The skill level of your group will dictate the support and services you require, but common will be travel, transfers and accommodation. Example: Rob’s Scuba club takes an annual overseas diving trip and Rob is the motivator and keen traveler in the club. Each year he organizes a new diving experience for the club. Using Tourism Network, Rob is in complete control of the dive program, is able to ensure that the diving is what they want and manages to pass on savings of 20% to each of the participating club members. Sports Organiser: This is a team traveling to compete against others. Your travel, accommodation, transfers, meals as well as the tournaments you will compete in are all part of your responsibility Example: Doug is a keen supporter of his local sports team and the club values his organizing skills. Doug plans a regular social weekend getaway both for the fun they all have, but also as a fund raiser for the club. Using Tourism Network Doug is able to organize some great getaways for the club and some of the savings that he makes for each person are instead directed into the fundraising account. So far Doug has helped the club to raise over $40,000 |

Schools, collages, university trips: These have an
educational purpose to them and will be specific in the nature
of what is to be learnt and achieved by the end of the tour.
Travel, accommodation, meals, transfers, excursions which
fulfill the educational criteria, and risk assessments are all
part of the organizer’s role. Example: Pat works at the local school and has a reputation for taking the students on the best ever annual educational tour. Each year she is challenged to take the students on an experience as good as the previous year. They always have an educational theme to them and as much as the tours are about new experiences, they also contain a solid and worthwhile educational aspect. The accompanying teachers expect to travel at no cost to themselves so keeping to a tight budget is a priority. Not only has Pat managed to keep the costs competitive and provide the required teacher places, but by using the Tourism Network the school has been able to provide scholarship places on the tours for worthy and deserving students. |

Annual holidays/vacations: Every year the holiday looked forward
to is planned and decided on in detail. The choice is endless
and can be confusing but deciding on the holiday is part of the
total enjoyment. More and more people are taking their annual
holiday with friends and enjoying the company of others with
similar interests. Example: Alistair wanted to give his wife a surprise for their 50th anniversary and booked a “trip of a lifetime” deluxe train journey through Europe, something they had both wanted to do for a very long time. Using the Tourism Network Alistair saved $5000 on the train journey alone. Example: Ed is passionate about travel and reads every book on travel he can find, plans his holidays meticulously and knows his destinations better than a travel agent. Last year he traveled to Borneo, stayed with local people in a long house, and discovered an ancient way of living. Using Tourism Network Ed saved $1000 and opened up a whole new range of travel opportunities for the coming years Special Interest Tours: This is arranging a tour or holiday around your interest or activity. It can be from knitting, to cooking to steam engines. Meeting other people with your same interest or becoming involved in your activity in another country gives you the purpose to your travels. |
